Anti-racism in Leadership
An introduction to help you reflect on why leadership positions remain exclusionary and what anti-racist leadership can look like in practice.
There are a number of philosophical and theoretical approaches to leadership education including person-centered, group-centered, relationship-centered, and justice-based leadership. Despite much focus on inclusive practice in organisations in the past few years, there is still a real lack of diversity in leadership positions.
There is also a lack of understanding on what inclusive anti-racist leadership means. This course aims to provide you with an introduction to the topic and with sufficient material to help you reflect on what anti-racist leadership can look like in practice.
This course is aimed at people in a position of leadership, either in organisations or communities, and anyone interested in anti-racism in action.
